Favour Eloka
Founder of Harmony Capital. Raised in an entrepreneurial family that built one of West Africa’s largest logistics firms, brings a long-term, operator-led perspective to investing. Former international athlete, trained lawyer, and operator of a £100k+ revenue firm.

Kevin Hong
Mr. Hong began his career in Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch before joining William O’Neil + Co. as a Research Analyst, where he developed a foundation in investment analysis, capital markets, and identifying high-growth businesses.
He later became a technology entrepreneur, founding and scaling ventures across media, entertainment, data, and business services. Over the course of his operating career, Kevin helped grow businesses to approximately $7 million in annual revenue and $31 million in annual recurring revenue, building experience across sales, fundraising, team development, and operational growth.
Kevin subsequently entered lower-middle-market private equity by acquiring and leading a managed service provider and data center services company. Having personally navigated the acquisition, financing, and operating process, he understands the challenges acquisition entrepreneurs face both before and after closing.
Today, Kevin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Caprae Capital Partners, where he helps searchers, independent sponsors, and investors acquire and grow lower-middle-market companies. Caprae has helped source, advise on, and close more than $100 million in transactions.
Kevin earned a BS in Finance from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Hereford Johnson
Hereford is a Chicagoland native, married to his wife Breanna a registered nurse. He’s an Air Force Veteran who started his career as a blue-collar employee. As a Management Consultant, he led in large-scale implementations, pre-merger integration planning, and IT strategy initiatives.
He gained a passion for entrepreneurship when starting a home cleaning business; leading his team through Covid without losing a single employee despite a 60% drop in revenue. He started his healthcare career by volunteering to support the CEO of a pediatric therapy start up.
He pursued an opportunity to acquire and lead two pediatric therapy business as CEO leading a turnaround and integration. Afterward, he returned to his original services industry of commercial cleaning where he acquired and operates full-time.
He holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
